Moving from Oracle NetSuite

We move your company from Oracle NetSuite to Consoletium and reconcile it to the cent before you switch.

How we get your data

We connect to Oracle NetSuite with read-only access that you grant and pull your records directly. There are no files to prepare.

Consoletium was designed alongside NetSuite’s own record structure, so documents keep their numbers, their links to each other and their history.

Price

S$15,000–40,000 (draft), depending mostly on how much history comes across.

Every load can be repeated safely: it is keyed on the NetSuite internal id, so a second run updates rather than duplicates. During the parallel run a daily sync brings across everything created or changed the day before.

What you need to provide

  • A NetSuite administrator for about a day at the start, to create the integration record and access token for a read-only role
  • A finance contact who can answer questions about old adjustments and sign the reconciliation
  • The cut-over date, chosen at a month-end

How it works

  1. Connect or export

We connect to your current system with read-only access, or you send its standard exports, or you fill our templates.

  2. Load and reconcile

We load your lists, balances, open items and the history you choose, and compare control totals side by side. Every difference is explained or fixed.

  3. Run in parallel

For a few weeks your old system stays the system of record while your team learns Consoletium on your own data.

  4. Cut-over sign-off

At a month-end, finance signs the reconciliation pack and Consoletium becomes your system of record. The old system goes read-only.

What finance signs off

  • Document counts by type and year
  • A balanced trial balance that matches the old system
  • Receivables and payables tied to their control accounts
  • Stock value against the ledger

What moves across

  • Chart of accounts and opening balances
  • Customers and suppliers, with addresses and payment terms
  • Items, with stock on hand by location, bin and lot where your system holds them
  • Open sales and purchase documents, receivables and payables
  • History, as far back as you choose, where your system holds it
